Copied from Shannon Goins post to Kodos Kommandos list:

I have 33 messages to read, so I don't know if anyone else has responded to
this but I will HAPPILY create a page of my web site that documents the
position that each state takes regarding quarantine/kill and test, as well
as any pending legalities that are ongoing, plus any help that is needed in
those areas. All I would need is for people to send me the information
(WITH CONFIRMATION OF THE VALIDITY! No good posting that a state is
quarantine friendly, if they're not) and I will make a nice page where
everyone can go to get this info. I would even get a geocities site to do
this if for some reason people didn't like the idea of this page being a
part of my shelter's web site (although I can't think of any reason not to).

I think that this type of page would be very very valuable, but I think it
is important that it just goes on ONE page, rather than having several pages
have parts of the info (i.e., XYZ state's shelter page has their info, XXX
state's page has theirs, etc.) ONE site with ALL info would do much more.
If you guys want me to do this, NO problem, but I would need the help of
everyone to research their laws and report to me. I could also use someone
to answer any questions about this issue (Troy Lynn?? Let me know).

In addition, I think that a REALLY good idea would be for one person or one
group of people from EACH state offering to "head" the research/legalization
efforts in their area. I know that Mary McCarty, here in PA, is trying to
gather info in PA, but I've had many people e-mail me and say they too were
doing the same thing. Mary's been finding that she'll call this or that
agency, and they say that they just spoke with someone else. This is
expended energy. WE NEED TO ORGANIZE!

Please, e-mail me (or reply to this post) if anyone has ideas how to go
about this, as well as if people want the results to go on my page.
Privately, I'm at <[log in to unmask]>.
