Alive Cor is NOT a simple heart rate monitor. It is a medical
level device for Electrocardiograms, not quite a good as the large
in-hospital ones, but pretty close. The vets who have it rave about
it, and both the veterinary version and the human one are used for
field medicine.

So, the simple heart rate monitors that you are mentioning for free
are very different and pretty useless thing for medical applications,
Lonnie.

Meanwhile, AliveCor IS having a sale this month and the vets I notified
were happy, even the ones who already have it because they know other
vets who want it. Letting vets know is sure to help some.

And, yes, there are vets who use it for ferrets,

The sale applies to all of their products according to the website.
