Two babies have died within the past couple of days at a petco store here
in Everett, WA.  The person who has reported this is dealing with a petco
manager who has lied, was caught, then took the first baby to a vet, who
said likely ECE.  Somewhere along the line, both the first and second baby
died.  There are still other (didn't get the number) baby ferrets there.
 
1) PLEASE join the boycott against petco.
2) PLEASE contact the petco in Everett, WA if you're anywhere near there.
   If you go in, please remember that there's possible ECE involved, so
   phoning and asking about the ferrets would be best.
3) E-mail Down Cowan, the "livestock" manager at petco <[log in to unmask]>
   and ask him to get help for these baby ferrets IMMEDIATELY.

PS: Also in need of someone to help in a bunderground transport of 8
rabbits from southern california to Seattle.  Still need from Redding to
Medford (2 3/4 hours) and from Medford to Eugene (3 hours).  The rest of
the trip is covered.
