Hi, I apologise for sending this to the list in general, but have no choice.
As usual I have not seen the fml in a bit so I do not know if Bob is
traveling (and hopefully visiting some of you if so) or if he is at his
address but I am just having trouble with his server or mine.

We NEED his shipping address, and sadly, we need it rapidly.

When Ruffle passes on her liver is going to go to Bruce Williams who can
learn more from it to help others, and the rest of her remains are going on
to Bob, because maybe she will be able to somehow impart some information
which may help when some future ferrets with acondroplasic dwarfism arise.

Her health is very poor now, and steroids have been added to try to keep
her as comfy as possible. On Friday we almost had her put to sleep after
four bad days because it just was not fair to her, then one hour before her
appointment she rallied, began to eat (which means drink since her
esophagus can no longer handle solids), and actually played (gently but
still play). Since then she has had some bad half days and we know it is
only a matter of time before she will be gone.

This is a hard time and it would really help if I had Bob's address for when
the worst happens, whether that is having to spare her pain or her passing
on her own. To have her help others will help us cope with our own loss.
She's a very unusual and very, very special little girl. There will never
be another Ruffie.

For those who asked about my Uncle Bill: He fooled everybody and has been
released from the hospital, but his health does not allow them to correct
his arteries or put in a pace maker at this time.

Meltdown is still doing well.
