Boy, you learn something new every day....mince meat is ground beef????
 
I don't know what I thought it was, but I never suspected it to be plain ol'
ground beef!!!!  So mince meat pie is nothing but 'hash' in a pie shell?????
It always sounded so exotic to me!!!!
