Ophelia,

The best place to see what you missed in Travis' posts, are on the
Ferrets Magazine Ezine. If you go to http://www.ferretsmagazine.com ,
Travis and the Black-Footed ferrets are one of the featured articles.
And if you go down the page to Ferret News you will see his Blog.

No, Travis is not the one taking care of Georgia and Peanut. They are
with the National Zoo I believe, Travis is director of Prairie Wildlife
Research. He and his staff and the ones fighting to save the BFF's in
Conata Basin, South Dakota from the plague. You can visit their website
