In general, yes, caveat emptor, but I can personally vouch for The Ferret
Store at www.neeps.com.  I order my TF from them, and delivery is always
prompt and the product always well within its shelf life.  Their prices
also seem quite reasonable.  Hope that can allay some of your concerns
about buying TF online!
