Yesterday, I wrote (less typos):
>Rescued ferret had blockage surgery 1.5 weeks ago - WOOD chips.  Post op

Sam was taken to a more knowledgeable vet on Monday p.m. and had emergency
surgery.  Results: Pancreatise (?).  Inflamed pancreas, and left adrenal
removed.  The vet will keep him till Weds.  This is his second surgery in
almost 2 weeks - he has a will to live and a loving home to go to for
once...
 
Please say your prayers or what have you for him.
