This has been a horrible week. I have spent $250 on my pets this week
and Juliet still has to get her shot tomorrow. Tuesday night I spent the
most of the night at the emergency clinic with Juliet. At about 8 pm she
started coughing and threw up twice. I panicked. As soon as my Mom
brought the car back we headed for the vet. They did x-rays, but were
still not sure. So they gave her a shot for nausea and an antibiotic.
They said to watch her. If she wasn't normal by the next day take her in
for surgery. She is fine. They think she might just have had a virus or
a tummy ache. She is 100% again. She did not like the vet though.

Well, if that wasn't bad enough. Wednesday night at about 10 pm (just
after I'd finally stopped worrying about Juliet) My 3 yrs old blue tick
hound (Millie) started having seizures. She had two seizures within two
minutes. So for the second night in a row I was speeding for the vet.

When we got there the vet was in surgery with a husky. So we waited with
the husky's family. The husky was found to have a cancerous liver. She
didn't get to go home. We sat with them while they cried and picked out
the urn.

Well, Millie was given valium and we were told to give her stress-free
rest. My Mom had a poodle that started like this. They found out the
poodle had epilepsy. My Mom is sure that that is what is wrong. We are
going to do tests to be sure.

So two nights, two different pets. I finally got to sleep today. I put
Juliet in her cage on the nightstand. Then I curled up in bed with
Millie, so that I would wake up if she started seizing.

The money doesn't bother me. I would sell everything I own to help my
babies. I just feel on edge. I still have another puppy and two birds.
Hopefully I wont be at the vet tonight or any time.

Please pray for Millie. and Juliet. and that my other babies will stay
healthy. This is so hard. I can lose them.
