Hello,

Yesterday, one of my ferrets was choking and vomiting. She kept running
from me every time I tried to hold her. She stopped after about 5
minutes (what seemed an eternity to me) and is doing fine today. I am
not sure if she ate something foriegn off the floor or had a peice of
kibble stuck that was too large. She is playful with her cagemate today
and all seems well, but I am keeping an eye on her.

I felt so helpless and realized that I didn't know what I could do if
she was ever choking on something. Has anyone out there had a ferret
choking on something? What can we do? Or is it best to let the ferret
resolve the issue?

Thanks,
Tracy
