Dave Letterman is a comedian, (although no longer as good IMHO as
others out there). Quite frankly his material has little to do with
anything other than what is in the news that his writers can use to
give him weekly jokes.

Jay Leno has done some excellent interviews since and regarding his
departure fron Night time television about being a comedian and what
is acceptable material and how one uses it. He as others have, stated
the material used is not intended to hurt anyone or promote any
position, it is simply to get the laugh.

Glad to see Letterman is going off the air - the man has lost his
comedic touch. Many of his shows are also reruns which I suspect this
one was because the ferret topic in NYC is past news for the night
time joksters.

Today is the best day to do a good deed.
