Noodle pretty much adores water, and is a bit more cautious about jumping in
but will eventually just gung-ho swim around.  Usually with his head
completely submerged for minutes at a time.  Uh.....
 
Anyway, we tried using a squirt bottle to dissuade the kids from scratching
at the balcony screen door and we're not sure if it worked well or not,
because they chase us whenever we bring it out.  I use the stream shot for
getting their attention, then mist them down as they run at me.  Both Friday
and Noodle will stand on their hind legs and try to jump into the mist.  I'm
clueless as to whether or not they like this, but it's cute to watch; Potpie
dislikes the mister, so i can compare her behavior (avoidance and hissing)
to theirs and only assume they kinda like it.  Weird.
