Use 1 teaspoon PURE pumpkin in the can sold in the baking section at
the grocery store. Libby's brand for example.

Butternut squash baby food works as well (what I'm using now)

never use raw uncooked vegetables. Both can be used in case of diarrhea
as well because the fiber forms the poop.

In case of emergency only use 1 teaspoon pure petroleum jelly. You only
want to use it in emergency because it strips ALL the beneficial gut
bacteria that helps ferrets digest their food.

In case of a suspected blockage you can use any option above 2-3 times
a day.
