I have to agree with Nancy concerning the letter with so many errors.  I
also found myself lost in reading everything twice in order to understand
it all.  It was pretty bad.
 
If a person takes the time to write a lengthy e-mail and wants their
position understood, it only takes another minute to proof-read.  I
appreciate those letters that take that extra second to do it right.
