Condolences to those with lost, sick, or angeled ankle warmers...

("But you've *got* to wake up and get off my feet...I can't walk with you
wrapped around my ankles like that!"...ZZZzzzZZZzzzZZZ)

Please, people, be a little more accurate, if possible, when you post
links to stories, especially on news websites. This is most important
when the news on that site changes almost hourly, and your message to the
FML won't be seen until the next day (or even longer, for some people).
Just posting the link to the main page of that website won't get you to
a news story. For most sites like that, stories can cycle off in just a
few hours. Without the complete link directly to the story, the rest of
us can't find it and won't be able to read about what happened.

For those that have long links broken up when they get the FML, the
secret to getting to that site is to copy-n-paste each portion into the
address line of your browser before pressing the Enter key. Also, be
careful that you remove any spaces (if any) in the address. Finally, in
most browsers, once you've pasted part of an address, switched back to
your mail, then back to the browser with another part of the address,
what is there becomes highlighted. To prevent it from being erased,
click at the end of the address line, then hit the "End" key. This will
make the highlight go away and you can safely press Ctrl-V to paste in
the next segment of the address.
