Judy, what a great idea!  I would also like to share our Christmas with
a little one and I think it would help with Shelter costs.  Had a scary
thought though....what if I had a "Shelter Baby" for Christmas at a shelter
close to me, let's say F.A.S.T.  and I gave that little one a Christmas
like my own furries will have..... hmmm, then I would wonder how "little
one" is doing" then I might have to go to the shelter and see how "my
little one" is doing and OH NO.... FERRET MATH!!!!

Well, even without the Ferret Math think of all the excited ferrets on
Christmas morning...not that I have any doubt all shelter kids will have
a Merry Christmas but one by one maybe we could just relieve a bit of the
stress off Shelter Moms and Dads.
 
In St. Catharines, ON we also have a Petsmart Tree for dog and cat
Presents and no ferrets but I know Niagara Action For Animals (Love a Pet)
is holding a party on December 10 and I will also attend and look out for
our guys.
