Congratulations to everyone who won a prize in the 2010 SOS Summer
Raffle and a giant THANK YOU to everyone who participated. Thanks to
the generosity of people like you, the raffle raised $2,228 - another
all-time record for this raffle!

Until about two weeks ago, we didn't expect to raise even $1,000. We
extended the raffle because things were looking so dismal. Then, an
angel came through with a generous donation, and then another, and
from that point on it was like a waterfall - many people in the ferret
community contributed what they could, and it all added up.

We are so grateful for everyone's support, because it can literally
mean life or death for a sick or injured ferret, or a chance for a
struggling shelter operator to keep fighting the good (and needed)
fight!
