Since this store obviously won't listen to the complaints registered, my
suggestion is to contact an animal rights group, who hopefully, will picket
this store.  You know, you can also picket this store, right out front.
Beware that things you say must be truthful,(EXACT), no embellishment!  The
store owner cannot make you leave, since you are on public property, and if
they lay one finger on you, then sue them.  Maybe then they will get the
message.
 
Isn't the SPCA governed by some agency??  If so, why not write them too?
Heck, even send a letter to the local paper, or to the local TV station.
You know, investigative reporting.  That sometimes gets peoples attention.
