Hi all

I just wanted to correct a previous post. No, I did not recommend
or mention Neovac D vaccine. I recommend Merial's Purevax distemper
vaccine.

Neovac D is a modified live distemper vaccine that is not USDA approved
for use in ferrets. The company did a very small study in ferrets, and
there were no adverse effects. However no study has been done to see if
Neovac D actually protects ferrets from distemper.
