earlier tonite Cal gave me one helluva scare. we had some apricots and
cheese (veggie tray leftovers) and naturally Cal found them and started
chomping away. caught him well into the act but pulled him away from the
foods. anyway not 5minutes afterwards he was coughing and vomitting. this
went on for a few minutes and then he just sort of lay there looking
rather tired. anyway my question is this...are apricots and/or cheddar
cheese a bad 'treat' for ferrets or was he just having a bad reation?
BTW he seems fine now (Sarah the cat will atest to that)
any and all replies are appreciated in adavnce.
        cheers,
mike and Calvin (the apricot ferret)
