Just one thought...turkey has that hormone in it that makes people go
to sleep...do ferrets really need to sleep ***more*** ???

On a more serious note..i feed mine turkey...they love it, and it's
fine for them!! It is a bit harder to chew for the elderly folks, but
they gum it to death, and still love it...
