Hi--
 
I've got an idea for the coloring book: How about a drawing of, say, a
living room with the heading "How many ferrets can you find?" Then have
ferrets peeking through curtains, out from under the couch, between the
cushions, from potted plants, etc .  .  .  maybe curled up asleep in some
weird places .  .  .  YOU know the kinds of hiding places I mean!  Pepper
first gave me this idea when I saw him peeking out from under the couch, and
reminded me again when I found him sleeping in my box of computer paper.
 
Kind of educational, too--teaching people that ferrets can curl up in some
pretty odd places.
 
Hmm . . . not ferrety, but we rescued a beautiful golden retriever adolescent
from the pound yesterday . . . not for us, tho', for Grandma, whose faithful
dog died this summer.
