Was wondering if anyone has ever seen this and/or knows anything about
it. I was clipping Mikette's nails tonight and noticed on one front paw
her second nail (index finger if a human) had a whole new nail growing in
to the upper side of it. It's coming in between the full nail and the
cuticle area, it's very small but definately is protruding out and seems
to be an independant nail. It has it's own little red quick and clear
end part, although it's too short to be clipped. Never seen anything
like this. Poor Mikette is 7, has her share of troubles, can barely
get herself around, and doesn't need an extra nail!

Thanks for any info.
Risa
