Jodi, I bought a Martin's Cage and it came in 3 or 4 days.  The customer
service is really awesome and the cages are well made.  I have one of
the travel cages in PVC coated, its waayyy better than those cages with
plastic balconies.  If you get confused by their website or anything,
you can email them and they will help you.
 
Also...I would return the box you are getting and tell them to cancel
your order, unless you cant afford a Martins cage.  But I will tell you,
it will last way longer than what you are getting.  You will probably
have to replace that cage a few more times in your ferret's lifetime.
Especially if you have more than one.
 
As for the customer service, I would just never do business with them
again and let them know that.  It will hurt more than curse words!
