Here are recommendations for 2 vets in the Phoenix area.  I have not
personaly used them but 2 ferret lovers/parents highly recommend both.
Good new, one is opening in Anthem.

Dr. Ed Cohen is the vet I use.  He is in the process of relocating his
practice but he should be up and running in the next week or two.  His
number is 602-380-9848 and he'll be opening up in Anthem.  It's a trip
but he's worth it.  He's the best I've found and I've been to quite a
few 'ferret specialists'.
 
Next in line would probably be Dr. Svoboda at Palm Glen Animal Hospital
on 43rd and Northern.  602-841-1200.  He has a lot of devoted customers
in the ferret world .
