It seems a man was arrested in or near Hartford (CT, I assume), and as the
police officer was snapping on the handcuffs, a ferret kit popped its head
out of the suspect's jacket and scared the daylights out of the officer. A
reporter from the Hartford Courant called me up on the 20th and asked me
about young ferrets. ("They're a lot like young kittens, very friendly and
playful... A 7-week-old baby ferret is maybe 8 inches long and half a
pound...")

Has anyone spotted an article in the Courant about this, probably around the
22nd of this month? I'd be interested to know what the reporter made of it.
