Hi all,
Is anyone familiar with vets within two hours of the
Albany/Schenectady area in New York who are experienced in AAE surgery?
V'orri had his right adrenal gland removed, but now is back to the same
condition he was in before. I've read the adrenal stuff, but it doesn't
say anything about the surgery to remove a part of the gland only. I need
two things 1) more info on the risks and complications of having a second
surgery to remove part of the remaining gland, and 2) the name of a vet
within reasonable distance from me who is experienced in this type of
surgery. I like my vet very much, but I know that this is out of her
league, and I think it is also out of the league of the man who removed
the first gland. I really was not all that happy with him.
Boy, I sure miss working at CSU vet school where I had LOTS of good
surgeons and exotic specialists on tap.

Thanks for any info anyone can send me,
