As the weather and seasons are changing, I just wanted to post again to
the list the Emergency E-mail weather notice site.  This site will send
any emergency weather warnings, severe weather notices or such for the
zip codes you register under.
 
These warnings are actual warnings and cancellations as they are sent out
by the National Weather and Oceanic Service.
