Try putting magnetic locks on the cabinet. Be sure to install them very
carefully (line them up), buy good (i.e. powerful magnets) ones and close
the doors very carefully. It's amazing how often our little one will check to
see if we've been diligent. Must be a fascination with sponges, shampoo,
cosmetics and cotton puffs!  And then there is the shoe closet (but I'll leave
that for another post).
