Angela,
Pls file a telephone complaint with FX Co. Animal Shelter.  There are
specific laws deling with display and caging.  The phone No is 830 1100.
Ask for a warden and get their name.  I have also allerted Lynn Reid who is
a warden and ferret lover today by leaving a msg on her machine at home.
