Nancy -
 
fold up ferret cages are made by Super Pet, and come in one and two story
varieties.  But, be forwarned - they are expensive.  I've seen the two level
for as high as $150.00.  but they do fold down into the pan and can be
easily stored.
 
ask your local pet shop if they can order it from Super Pet (it is an Italian
made product).
