Rather than go into a whole big explanation of what colloidal silver is
AGAIN (as it's been explained a number of times before on the list), I'll
just mention briefly what it is, and direct you to the archives for the
rest.  (The address for this list's archives is in the header of each FML.
The archives ARE searchable, btw).
 
Briefly put, colloidal silver is an antibacterial substance which basically
consists of an ultra-fine suspension of minute silver particles in liquid
(usually, water).  Colloidal silver was the primary antibiotic in use in
the United States before the invention of penicillin earlier this century.
It was very common in doctor's offices, hospitals and pharmacies, then.  It
can be found in many health food stores and most of the grocery stores in
this area (northern NJ), too.
