It has been brought to my attention.  and rightfully so, that my post
regarding the "I can't believe this post" followed by the copy of the
warning issued by Jeanne Carley is very confusing.  Well it figures, I
should know better than to try to do stuff like that at 2AM.....
 
So I'm gong to try to clear it up......  It's a cut and paste error.
Jeanne's post about the radio station is absolutely correct and the radio
station is thought to be the initial instigator of the erroneous rumor of CA
legalization.  I was refering to a public post on an AOL BB that I came
across where a misinformed CA resident made an announcement backing what the
radio station had said.  I am sorry for the confusion.  I repeat.....
FERRETS ARE NOT LEGAL IN CA!!!!!!!!!!!!  YET!!!!!!!!  But we are working
hard at it.  I hope this clears up any confusion my post may have caused,
and I hope you will forward this change or correction to everyone you sent
the initial post to.
 
I promise, no more early AM postings, even if I can't sleep.  Again, I want
to say, it was a radio station in Concord, CA that incorrectly made the
announcement and not Jeanne Carley's post I was refering to as being wrong.
Her post was completely accurate.  FERRETS ARE NOT LEGAL IN CA!!!!!!!!!
