Hi all,

With Tropical Storm Isadore brewing and expected to become a hurricane
that *might* impact Florida, I thought I should post:

If anyone in Florida finds themselves in an evacuation situation and
needs a place for their ferrets and/or other small animals to stay for
a few days, you can contact me. I live in Lakeland (Polk county) and
unless it is a category 4 or 5 hurricane, it is unlikely to do too much
to my area.

I have boarding space for quite a few ferrets if they come in groups,
fewer if they come in singles or pairs. Ferrets MUST BE:

Current on vaccinations
Never exposed to ECE or ADV

I cannot help with dogs or cats, but they can usually be boarded fairly
easily. I can help with rodent and maybe bird pets as well. I can
consider reptiles and other pets on a case by case basis.

Please let me know if you need my help!

Kim
