Well, everyone, Utah displayed it's finest colors today.  I am so disgusted
I could just spit.  The defendant, Jose Sandoval, did not show up for court
so a bench warrant was issued.  That was good, and I hope they arrest the
slime and he can't make the cash bail.
 
But, the Prosecutor's won't tell Kim when the other scum bag is due for
court, or if he is due to court.  They refuse to give her any information.
People have called and were told a different time than Kim (something about
1:00 p.m.  today instead of the 9:30 a.m.  that Kim was told.....).  So
either we are getting a grand Utah snow job, or no one knows what the HELL
is going on.  They say they really care and want justice done.  Well, folks,
I'm originally from Missouri so they're going to have to SHOW ME that they
care.  I don't buy it.  I guess I'm jaded from so much BS.
 
Kim is very, very upset.  No one tells her anything that is going on, and
she is ready to throw in the towel.  To top it all off, none of the people
who told her that they would show up with her in court were there.  NO ONE!
She was devastated.  I would be.
 
What does everyone suggest we do?  How can we stop these people from
sweeping Bandit under the rug, or pretending the problem doesn't exist?  I
just can't stand it.  This is EXACTLY what I was afraid of.
 
Say a prayer for Kim, she really needs everyone right now.  Keep calling and
writing and faxing, folks.  Let's drive them insane so they do something!
