Attention all operatives!

The Mothership has advised us that our area is beleaguered with like-mind
needing new headquarters!  Our hoomus has considered bringing in more
in-sole specialist from the Secretive Hidey Hole, known only as "The
Shelter."  Our Higher Commander, through our mediator, instructed the
hoomus we advised "No Way!" (Lt.) and "Whatever" (hoomus slang-Sgt.).
 
Prepare now!  Others must not be selfish as us, but welcome to their hoomus'
fortresses future units - the older the commando is the more well versed in
maneuvers!  Welcome new recruits with open paws and lavish ear lickings!
