Help Anyone!

I have had a ferret (Female) for 3 years now, my mother recently decided
that she wanted one too. We build separate houses so that they didn't have
to live together unless they wanted to. I would like to know if anyone can
tell me if there are any was to get an 8 week old female and a 3 year old
female together, they just seem to lunge for each other. Is there any
chance of them getting together?

Also, the 3 year old, Kiki, keeps getting bite-like marks on her back. Now
we live in the UK so it can't be anything poisonous but they still turninto
large lumps and bleed a lot. They take quite a while to heal and I was
wondering if anyone had any explaination/cure for this. They are regularly
cleaned out, bathed, and I ensure they are flea free!
