My guys play in the water everyday. No one shows any sign of excessive
dryness or itchiness. I turn on the shower every morning and fill up a pan
full of plastic eggs. There is a comforter and a few towels laying on the
floor in the hall area. They go in and bob for eggs and wrestle a little.
I suspect they are arguing over who gets what egg! :-) They come out,
slinky through the blanket and towels and go about their happy way.

So, my vote is that it's o.k. for them to play in water. I think they can
handle that. I think, and could be wrong, but it's the soap that takes
away most of their natural oils. I'm sure water washes away some, but like
I said, my guys never seems to have problems.

Happy Swimming!
