Roger,
The baby canines (deciduous teeth) should fall out on their own, but
definitely discuss this with your vet at the next visit.  If you leave them
in there (actually, if they don't fall out), they can cause development
problems with the rest of the teeth and mouth because the teeth won't meet
properly.  They also can offset the permanent teeth, causing gun and lip
damage.
