Hello everyone,
 
We need your help to be able to mail the over 1,500 letters to Governor
Wilson that we collected at the Pet Expo recently.  If you can please send
first class .32 cent stamps, (one roll is only $32.00 and will send off a
hundred letters!), we'll see that these letters get to Governor Wilson's
desk.
 
The reaction from the public at the Pet Expo to the fact that ferrets are
still illegal in California was very strong and showed the Californians are
disgusted that such a simple problem cannot seem to be corrected by our
State Government.  Attendees asked how they could help but we need your help
to get these letters out.
 
Members of the Golden State Ferret Society and Ferrets Anonymous are folding,
stamping and licking, but mailing costs will be just shy of $500.00 for the
stamps alone.
