I had a hair-raising experience with one of those mesh carry cases. I am
driving down a California freeway at 3 AM and my Rocky ate through the
mesh in less than 10 minutes. He than ran under my seat. I am swerving
trying not to let him get under the gas, clutch or brake pedals. When I
tried to pick him up, I got heavily 'nipped.'

I had to pull over-off the freeway to avoid Highway Patrol. I had to
drive the next 15 miles with the world's maddest (nonstop nipping) and
squirmiest ferret on the West Coast. I do not recommend any mesh carrier
for hyper ferrets. However, 99.9 per cent of ferrets seem to do quite
well with these carriers.

I have the Petco cartoon ready now for anyone who would like to receive
it. Just put Petco in subject line.
