Hi. I haven't written in a long time, but now Fingers needs you. She had a
lump next to her anus months and months ago that lost surrounding hair, and
looked a little blue. Our vet told us to pick scab to try to drain it.
That didn't work, so they put her on this Aquadrops Antirobe liquid twice a
day. It's still there. They haven't run any tests, but now say it's time
for surgery to remove a cyst. Is this a premature decision? And are there
any special safeties for operating on ferrets that I should inform my vet
about? I appreciate your help.
