Hi Everyone,

Ok no flames here because I have 6 MF ferrets. I agree with Nancy in that
Marshall's was very helpful to me and gave me a prompt refund with just a
letter from my vet. I was almost in tears when I called because someone
said I should persue the guarantee and I was so afraid they would say as
some have told me that they would ask me to return my ferret which of
course I would have refused to do. We found a few days after we got our
little Ariel now 14 weeks old that he was totally deaf and a real biter
from the get go. Through Wolfy I found out how to work with him and he
is doing great. He doesn't know he is any different from the rest. He is
so precious and through lots of love he has thrived from a palm sized kit
of 7 weeks to a beautiful loving baby boy. Anyway Marshall's was very
helpful with his prolapsed rectum which receded and also with his deafness
saying that they would honor their guarantee giving us a full refund of
another ferret with no return of this one. At the time we had 5 and we
said oh we can't take on another one which we ended up doing a bit later
anyway. They told me under no circumstances would they ever ask us to
return our little baby but that they would help in any way they could.
They explained to me that like any other business they also have their
share of problems but that they try hard to resolve them. I know what
some people have said about MF and I say that everyone is entitiled to
their views. For me I have had good experiences so far. Ok that is not
to say that they might not get sick later on but you know when you have a
baby(real child) you don't look at what might happen so many years down
the line to them now do you. My fur babies have always seemed to pick
me and for whatever reason in sickness or in health I have taken care of
them which I always will. There are no guarantees in life, not one...good
breeder or bad....Know that God does not hand us anything more than we can
handle and the babies that have come to us made that choice before they
even were born maybe to teach us lessons of love and compassion not only
for them but for others. So please people don't flame me for my views
because I will never do it to you even if I don't quite agree. So many
people here have been so helpful to me that I would hate to leave just
because people fight about their views. Let's talk in harmony with one
another.

Have a great weekend
Love & angel hugs
Debbie
