I need some legal info about state animal issues here in Kansas so if there
is an attorney (doesn't have to be a Kansas attorney) or paralegal that can
offer some info I'd really appreciate it.  I can send the statutes that I
have questions on.  I'd like to get this done as soon as possible so if
