Hello all!

I am in the process of reading today's (Sat., Aug. 5th) New York Post.
On page ten,in the lower right hand corner of the "Voice of the People"
(Editorials & Letters) section, is a letter from a reader responding to a
Bronx reader's comments about Weasles being the enemies of rodents. The
letter is titled "Ferocious Ferrets" (horrible title!!!!). Anyway, the
article reads that the previous poster was "right on the money" in that
"weasles are the enemies of rodents, but he left out three other preditors:
ferrets, owls and terriers".

I am happy to read the word "ferret" in a NY publication (or any
publication other than those typically catering toward our lovely
children), but the title of the letter still greatly disturbs me...and I
am not a PC or overly sensitive person. Maybe if ferts didn't have a
"bad rap", I wouldn't give the title a second thought. Anyway, just
thought I'd share...
