Well, here's an obscure one for you--there's a show on the CBC called
Gullage's, about a taxi stand in St.  John's, Newfoundland.  In this week's
episode, a woman asks her son, jealous of a new nam in the house, if he
thinks she and her lover are doing nothing but making love "like a couple of
filthy ferrets." In the context, it wasn't exactly bad press, if you can
believe that.
