The way WE look at it is- once at the shelter the ferret has ALREADY
been rescued!  It has already been givien appropriate medical care,
vaccinations, ADV testing etc.
 
But - by considering adoptive placement for a ferret in the shelter-
helps to open the doors to the next ferret!
