Update:
Hurricane Erin is expected to hit Vero Beach sometime between midnight and
dawn. Deborah Jeans has offered to be the delivery point in Florida for Chere
and the Vero Beach rescue. Deborah has promised to see that everything gets
to Chere. If you have donations such as ferret supplies, checks, cages or
other animal supplies you should send them to:
