Someone posted recently about ferret colors, and I realized for the first
time that my gorgeous little supermodel, Esperanza, is a Siamese.  Suddenly,
my memory was jogged -- when I bought her, there was a sign on her cage
advertising "Siamese" ferrets.  At the time, I had no idea what they were
talking about; I couldn't imagine how a ferret could look like a Siamese
cat, but I figured the ferrets meeting that description were gone.  She's
definitely a sable fine point, very distinctive darker legs and tail and
lighter sable coat, with a well-defined mask.  She is beautiful.  But then,
all ferrets are beautiful; there's no such thing as a non-beautiful ferret.
