Dear FMLers..

Ok so as I do live in the State of Nevada , uh not to be confused with the
State of Confusion, which at times it can be.... I must on this occassion
wade in into this idea of importing Ferret Poop here from the other
States. In my humble opinion...go ahead as it sure beats having nuclear
waste being brought in. Hey at least ferret foop (as I call it) doesn't
have the propensity to glow in the dark.. it doesn't have a half life of
a few hundred thousand years either... It won't make you sterile, kill off
your animals, and make everything within a thousand miles unfit for human
habitation. Ferret foop makes great fertilizer. Don't laugh as you can
see where I clean the cages in my front yard ,weather permitting, the
grass is very green and flowing, just ask my lawnmower. As to importing
it from our neighbor to the west..the People's Republic of Kalifornia...
uh NO!! Let 'em bury their own!!!LOL!!

On a more sober note, our big CDC boy Rikki is in the hospital tonight.
He crashed very suddenly this morning as we were getting ready for work.
We grabbed him up and off we went to the vets. I was over an hour late
for work but my supervisor knows how I feel about them fuzzy ruggrats.
Our vet seems to think he has some liver involment of some type, either an
injury (not likely as Rikki is a speed bump. not a climber) or something
toxic he may have ingested. The latter is the most possible scenario but
I don't know what it could have been. Our bedroom has been quite empty
lately as we have been painting the walls and cleanning the carpet. No,
he was not in there while we did any of this so it isn't likely to be an
exposure type of injury. Just don't know but will keep an eye open for
any and all possiblities. Just when ya think a room is ferret proofed..
they fool ya!!! Please remember this spunky little Panda Ferret in your
prayers and good thoughts. Thank You so much.

Best Regards
